THE ARTISTRY OF OLIVE OIL
Our olive oil begins in the groves of Ermioni in the Peloponnese, Greece, where our Manaki olives are hand harvested and cold extracted. The result is an oil of remarkable character and clarity. Each bottle becomes a small canvas, featuring rotating works by living contemporary artists. With every release, a portion of proceeds supports both fine art students and olive cultivation. Because good oil should nourish the soul.
GOOD OIL, FOR A GREATER CAUSE
ROOTED IN TRADITION
Our roots lie in Greece, where the olive tree symbolizes nourishment, hospitality, and culture. That heritage guides our respect for the land, our craft, and our belief in the strength of friends, family, and community. By honoring these traditions while supporting living artists and new voices, we allow the past to continue shaping what comes next.
FROM GROVE TO BOTTLE
Our extra virgin olive oil is crafted from hand-harvested Manaki olives grown in the groves of Greece, a rare variety known for its elegant balance and smooth, buttery profile. Cold-extracted within hours of harvest to preserve its vivid freshness, the oil shines brightest as a finishing touch—drizzled over vegetables, salads, grilled fish, or warm bread to reveal its vibrant, expressive flavor.
AN OIL WITH A PURPOSE
With every release, a portion of proceeds supports students of fine art and students of olive cultivation. In Greece, creativity and cultivation have long grown from the same soil, each passed from one generation to the next. By supporting new artists and the next generation of growers, we help these traditions evolve and find new expression.

2027 Edition Featured ArtistKostas Spyriounis
For this year’s harvest original painting, Τέχνη Ελαίας collaborated with Kostas Spyriounis, a renowned and highly respected figure in contemporary Greek art, to interpret the olive tree in his own hand. The collaboration is part of a broader effort: encouraging young people to pursue interests in both fine art and olive cultivation, two crafts that in Greece have always been passed down hand to hand rather than learned from a book. The bottle itself carries that same commitment: the ceramic vessel is handmade in Greece, as are the hand-made olive wood stoppers from Corfu that finish each one. Born in 1965, Spyriounis has spent four decades painting the landscapes, portraits, and botanical wreaths that define the Greek visual tradition, including olive, laurel, pomegranate, ivy, and vine.
His standing in Greek art is reflected in where his work now lives: the National Gallery of Greece, the Athens Municipal Gallery, the Hellenic Parliament’s collection, and the War Museum, alongside private collections that include those of Marianna V. Vardinoyannis and George H. W. Bush.
