Our extra virgin olive oil begins with Manaki olives grown in the Peloponnese region of Greece.

Harvested early in the season, when polyphenols are at their peak, the olives express greater depth, brightness, and complexity. They are then cold extracted immediately after harvest, producing an extra virgin olive oil that preserves the freshness, vitality, and full character of the fruit.

The nose reveals medium green fruitiness with herbaceous aromas of cut grass and tomato leaf, accompanied by hints of green almond and wild herbs.

On the palate, the oil is elegant and well balanced, opening with delicate flavours of green apple, almond, and artichoke.

The finish shows light bitterness and a soft, building pungency, reflecting the oil’s early harvest and healthy phenolic structure.

A harmonious and expressive oil with fresh green aromatics and a refined structure, showcasing the graceful character typical of the Manaki variety.
